THE PRACTITIONER

the practice is personal

I’m Justin Cabana, founder and sole practitioner of Cabana Wellness. Every member of this practice trains with me. Not a staff, not a rotation, not whoever is available that day. One coach who knows your body, your history, and your goals across a full year. That is the whole model.

ABOUT

Justin Cabana founded Cabana Wellness for a specific kind of client: the executive who understands that physical capacity is not a personal indulgence, but a professional asset. Modern medicine can tell you exactly where you stand. What it does not provide is the person who turns that knowledge into durable capacity, week after week, year after year. That is the seat this practice holds: a retained specialist who knows your body, builds your program around a full year, and shows up as a consistent, accountable presence in your physical life.

Justin brings 15+ years of elite coaching experience across New York City, Brooklyn, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood and Pacific Palisades, including work with golfers and tennis players at Riviera Country Club. His foundation is King Sports International, where athlete-first values of muscle balance, control, stability, and innovative periodization govern every program decision. In 2026, he brought the practice to Morgan Hill to build its next chapter on the Bay Area Peninsula.

A background as a physical therapy aide, alongside undergraduate study in pre-physical therapy, shaped how he reads a body before he loads it, and taught him the careful distinction between performance coaching and clinical care. An athlete since childhood, competing in AAU Junior Olympic by age ten and playing football through junior college, he still trains and competes today: adult-league hockey and Olympic weightlifting, programmed year-round for his own recomposition and longevity. He does not ask clients for anything he does not do himself.

The work is specific. Guided assisted stretching. Progressive strength programming. An accountability structure that produces results in boardrooms as reliably as it does in training sessions. The membership is intentionally small, because the retained specialist relationship only works when the coach knows every client deeply, not broadly.

Cabana Wellness also operates the Athletic Durability Club, a private, a private youth development program in Morgan Hill, deliberately capped so no athlete gets lost in a crowd.

Every engagement begins the same way: a first conversation, then the Durability Baseline, fully credited toward the first retained quarter. The investment reflects the relationship, not a count of hours.

Cabana Wellness is not built to scale. It is built to be exceptional for a small number of people. That is a deliberate choice. Every place in the practice represents a year of full commitment: a coach who shows up week after week with the accumulated knowledge of your body, your history, and your goals.

The members who benefit most are the ones who have tried transactional coaching and found it wanting. Who treat their physical capacity the way they treat everything else that matters: measured by their physicians, and delivered on by a specialist who answers for the results across a full year, not an hour.
