PRIVATE PERFORMANCE FACILITY

BUILT FOR ATHLETES.

AGES 8 TO 18

Most youth athletes train hard. Few train correctly. The Private Performance Facility program builds the physical foundation that competitive sport demands — and almost never teaches.

THE PHILOSOPHY

INJURY-PREVENTION first.
Everything else follows.

Youth sports teams develop sport-specific skills. What they cannot develop, because they don't have the time or the expertise, is the physical foundation that makes those skills possible.

The Private Performance Facility program is built on strength fundamentals and Olympic lifting. Not because every athlete will compete in weightlifting, but because the flexibility, power development, and structural integrity that Olympic lifting builds transfer to every sport and every phase of an athletic career.

01‍ Movement Fundamentals First

No athlete loads before they move well. Assessment precedes programming. Every athlete enters at the right level, not the level that looks impressive.

02 ‍Technical Precision Over Load

Olympic lifting is taught the way it was designed, technically, progressively, without ego. The bar goes up when the pattern is earned.

03‍ Small Groups, Individual Attention

Four athletes per class, maximum. Every session coached personally by Justin Cabana. Every athlete is seen. Every movement is corrected.

04‍ Block Progression

5-session blocks with built-in progression. Each block builds on the last. Athletes who complete multiple blocks develop at an accelerated rate.

THE METHOD

ASSESSMENT-FIRST. ALWAYS.

01 ASSESS

We assess every athlete before we program. Placement by ability, not age.

02 BUILD

Periodized strength & power on separate tracks. The bar goes up with the pattern is earned.

03 BELONG

Year-round membership keeps the system, and the community, going.

WHAT ATHLETES BUILD

The physical foundation their sport cannot teach.

01

Structural Strength

Compound movements built with technical precision and progressive loading. The kind of strength that transfers directly to sport, reduces injury risk, and compounds over time.

02

Explosive Power

Olympic lifting fundamentals develop the speed-strength qualities that separate good athletes from elite ones. Every movement pattern is earned before it is loaded.

03

Body Awareness

Motor control, proprioception, and spatial awareness developed through technically demanding movements that most youth programs never address.

04

Injury Resilience

Muscle balance, structural stability, and movement quality built from the ground up. Athletes who train here are harder to injure and recover faster.

05

Mental Toughness

The discipline of technical training: showing up, accepting correction, progressing through difficulty all builds a mindset that transfers to every arena these athletes compete in.

06

Sport-Specific Prep

Pre-season preparation, in-season maintenance, and off-season development structured around each athlete's sport calendar and competitive demands.

THE COACH

JUSTIN CABANA

A coach who was the athlete.

Justin was a competitive athlete before he was a coach. An AAU Junior Olympic medalist in martial arts — gold in forms and silver in sparring at the 10U national level. A competitive football player through high school and junior college. He knows what it demands to perform under pressure — not from a textbook, but from experience.

That background shapes how he coaches youth athletes. He understands the psychology of competitive development, the physical demands of multi-sport participation, and what it takes to build an athlete who is ready for the next level.

King Sports International Coach and USAW Level 1 certified. 15+ years coaching athletes across NYC, West LA, and the Bay Area.
