ATHLETIC DURABILITY CLUB · PRIVATE PERFORMANCE FACILITY · MORGAN HILL, CA

Four athletes. one standard.

The Athletic Durability Club is a private youth preparatory program held in a dedicated performance facility in Morgan Hill. Membership is by invitation, capped at four athletes at a time, for young athletes ages 8 to 18 who show the potential and the character to meet the ADC standard.

This is not a class. It is an apprenticeship in how to train.

WHAT WE BUILD

Athletes train on Strength and Power on periodized tracks. The work is barbell-based, technically rigorous, and scaled to the athlete’s training age and history. Every athlete completes a full movement and strength assessment before placement, and every block builds on the last.

What ADC develops:

  • Technical proficiency in the Olympic lifts and foundational strength movements

  • Durable joints, honest work capacity, and body awareness that transfers to most sports

  • The discipline of training as a craft, not a chore

01

Structural Strength

Compound movements built with technical precision and progressive loading. The kind of strength that transfers directly to sport, reduces injury risk, and compounds over time.

02

Explosive Power

Olympic lifting fundamentals develop the speed-strength qualities that separate good athletes from elite ones. Every movement pattern is earned before it is loaded.

03

Body Awareness

Motor control, proprioception, and spatial awareness developed through technically demanding movements that most youth programs never address.

04

Injury Resilience

Muscle balance, structural stability, and movement quality built from the ground up. Athletes who train here are harder to injure and recover faster.

05

Mental Toughness

The discipline of technical training: showing up, accepting correction, progressing through difficulty all builds a mindset that transfers to every arena these athletes compete in.

06

Sport Transfer

Pre-season preparation, in-season maintenance, and off-season development structured around each athlete's sport calendar and competitive demands.

why invitation only

Four seats keep the coaching honest. Every athlete gets a coach who knows their movement, their sport, and their season. Invitations are extended when Coach Cabana identifies an athlete, through assessment or observation, who is ready for this kind of work.

ADC is a Cabana Wellness’s investment in the next generation of athletes. It is deliberately small and it will stay that way.

THE COACH

JUSTIN CABANA

A coach who was the athlete.

Justin was a competitive athlete before he was a coach: an AAU Junior Olympic medalist in martial arts, gold in forms and silver in sparring at the 10U national level, and a competitive football player through high school and junior college. He knows what it demands to perform under pressure, not from a textbook, but from experience.

That background shapes how he coaches youth athletes. He understands the mindset of competitive development, the physical demands of multi-sport participation, and what it takes to build an athlete who is ready for the next level.
