
ABOUT
Born into athletics, Justin’s father taught him Tae Kwon Do which lead him to be a champion in the junior olympics. After he earned his first degree black belt in TKD he took his leadership skills as captain of his roller hockey club to several championship seasons. In high school, his athleticism helped him to be a standout football player, which gave him the opportunity to showcase his all-start abilities in the Silicon Valley Youth Classic game. He continued on to play football at the college level where he and his team made 2 bowl appearances.
In college, Justin also developed an interest in the human body's recovery process and prevention of athletic injuries. He prepared himself for physical therapy school and worked under several physical therapist in different clinical settings, ironically, he realized the importance of health prevention.
Fall 2012, Justin moved to NYC to launch his training career in an upscale fitness health club as well as independent contracts. Currently, he is certified as a NASM - CPT, Kettlebells, Trigger Point Therapy, ViPR Training, Pre/Post Natal, and Functional Movement Screening. He helped his clients improve their quality of life through recovery of athletic injuries to gait training.
