"The executive who understands that physical capacity is not a personal indulgence, but a professional asset."
ABOUT
Justin Cabana founded Cabana Wellness for a specific kind of client. The executive who understands that physical capacity is not a personal indulgence, but a professional asset. At the intersection of elite athletic longevity and executive performance, Cabana Wellness delivers what most coaching relationships never reach: a retained specialist who knows your body, builds your program around a full year, and shows up as a consistent, accountable presence in your physical life.
Justin brings 15+ years of elite coaching experience across New York City, Brooklyn, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood and Pacific Palisades. His foundation is King Sports International, where athlete-first values of muscle balance, control, stability, and innovative periodization govern every program decision.
A background as a physical therapy aide, alongside undergraduate study in pre-physical therapy, informs his approach to pain management, movement quality, and the careful distinction between performance coaching and clinical care. His athletic background spans AAU Junior Olympic medals in martial arts — gold in forms and silver in sparring at the 10U national level — and competitive football through high school and junior college, grounding his coaching in the lived reality of what athletic performance actually demands.
The work is specific. Progressive strength programming. Guided assisted stretching. An accountability structure that produces results in boardrooms as reliably as it does in training sessions. The client roster is intentionally small because the retained specialist relationship only works when the coach knows every client deeply, not broadly.
Cabana Wellness serves two populations: youth athletes ages 8 to 18 through a private performance facility built on strength and Olympic lifting fundamentals, and executives through annual retained coaching partnerships from $18,000 to $66,000 per year. The investment reflects the relationship — not the session count.

01
THE ATHLETE FIRST
King Sports International is founded on a single principle: the athlete comes first. Muscle balance, control, stability, and innovative periodization are the non-negotiables that every program decision is tested against. Justin has coached under this framework for 10+ years.
02
THE CLINICAL LENSE
A physical therapy aide background, alongside pre-physical therapy academic training, means Justin approaches every client with a clinician's eye for pain, compensation, and movement quality. He knows when to coach through something and when to refer.
03
THE RETAINED RELATIONSHIP
The retained specialist model is a covenant of accountability. Justin takes full responsibility for each client's physical arc across the full year. That mutual accountability is what produces results that per-session training never reaches.
"The client roster is intentionally small — because this only works when the coach knows every client deeply, not broadly."
Cabana Wellness is not built to scale. It is built to be exceptional for a small number of people. That is a deliberate choice. Every program slot that opens represents a year of full commitment — a coach who shows up week after week with the accumulated knowledge of your body, your history, and your goals.
The clients who benefit most are the ones who have tried transactional coaching and found it wanting. Who are managing their physical performance alongside the demands of a professional life that has no patience for generic advice.
