THE RETAINED YEAR

What durability actually takes.

Cabana Wellness is built on a longer and more honest premise: capability is felt early and held slowly, and it is built in person, hands on, several visits each week, for years.

That is the whole model. It is why the practice is retained by the year, and why the roster stays small.

THE ARC

You will feel it early. It becomes yours slowly.

Members notice the difference in weeks. Range returns, movement gets quieter, the body stops negotiating with itself. That part is fast.

Permanence is not. Making capability durable takes years of consistent in-person work, and the arc is measured in seasons. Volume steps down when the capability is demonstrably held, not on a schedule, and that call belongs to the practitioner measuring the work.

WHY IN PERSON

The accountability lives in the room.

The work is hands on. Guided assisted flexibility, loaded mobility, and progressive strength are delivered in person because that is what produces the results and what holds a member to it. Remote versions of this exist everywhere. They are not what this practice does, and the members who have tried both already know why.

Frequency is the other half, and so is spacing. Visits are distributed across the working week because recovery is systemic, not just local. Work stacked to close lands before the body has come back to full capacity. Work spread too thin lets alignment slip. The rhythm sits between those, and the reason is physiological rather than logistical.

When a phase requires visits closer together, the frequency changes rather than the standard. The focus rotates so no two heavy demands land back to back, and the week still adds up. A programming decision, made week to week, and it is one of the reasons this work is not a template.

WHAT THE WORK IS

Three things, delivered every week.

Guided assisted flexibility. Static, contract-relax methods and loaded mobility, integrated into the weekly rhythm rather than sold beside it.

Progressive strength. Programmed week to week against your own record, never templated, adjusted to your sleep, your travel, and your season.

Durability. Joint integrity, tissue quality, and the capacity to absorb load without breaking down. The quiet outcome that makes everything else possible.

All of it is measured across the five pillars of Cabana Wellness: sleep, hydration, nutrition, stress, and physical fitness.

WHAT IT ASKS OF YOU

This is a relationship, not a purchase.

This asks for time you actually control. Not time you hope to protect, but hours you can hold in your own week, at home, over years. It is the most common reason a fit is wrong, and it is worth naming early. In exchange you get one practitioner who knows your body, your history, and your calendar, and who is accountable for your result.

Many members work with me as a household. Two people in the same home, on the same week, is the most efficient version of this practice and often the most durable, because the standard is shared rather than defended.

It is not a fit for everyone, and it is not meant to be.

WORKING WITH YOUR CARE TEAM

Cabana Wellness coaching is designed to coordinate with your existing physicians, physical therapists, and specialists. Members arriving from a clinical setting begin with the same Durability Baseline, and findings are read alongside what your care team has already measured, shared at your direction.

HOW IT BEGINS

Every membership starts the same way.

A First Conversation, the the Durability Baseline: a private, in-home evaluation across the five pillars, credited in full toward your first quarter.

The practice is deliberately small. When it is full, it is full.
